Answer: shopwinx offers a range of products starting from t-shirts, electronics, books, shoes, apparels, kitchen appliances to toys, food items, travel packages, jewelry, accessories and many more.

Visit www.shopwinx.com
SIGN IN by using your email address and password.
After you have logged in, you will see “EDIT” under Account information on your Dashboard.
Click on edit and fill up the field with your new email address

09) ) Question: What if I forget my password/login id?
Answer: If you have forgotten your password,
Visit www.shopwinx.com.
Click on Sign In button.
You will be redirected to a page where there will be an option stating “ LOST MY PASSWORD”. Click on that button to be directed to a new page.
You will be required to fill up a field mentioning your email address which was used during registration at www.shopwinx.com.
After you have provided your email address, click on” Send me reset password instruction”.
Check your email inbox for notification on new password.

10) Question: I want to make a purchase on shopwinx.com, how do I do it?
Answer:
First, you need to register here: www.shopwinx.com/customer/account/create/
Then visit the page where your desired product/s is displayed.
Click on your desired product. You shall now see a new page consisting all the product details. Fill up the quantity field and size (if applicable)
Now click on “Add to Cart”. If you want to continue shopping click “Continue Shopping” or if you want to check out “View Cart and Checkout”.
While proceeding to checkout there will be payment options available, from which you can choose one according to your convenience (bKash, cash on delivery, master/visa). You will also have to provide your shipping address (location where you want to get the delivery).
Finally click on “Place Order” and Checkout.

11) Question: What are the payment options at shopwinx.com?
Answer: To purchase online, you can use your debit card, credit card, bKash or even pay cash when you receive delivery. You can also visit our showroom to pick up your order and make your payment during then.

12) Question: How will I receive my money for the products which I have returned or cancelled?
Answer: You will be refunded BUT only for the products which are REFUNDABLE (check conditions during purchase). If you want to be refunded, please notify our customer care at info@shopwinx.com within 3 days from receiving delivery

13) Question: Are there any hidden costs apart from the product price and shipping charges?
Answer: No. You will only need to pay the price of the product and delivery charge if you want to get home delivery for your order.

14) Question: Does shopwinx  deliver outside Dhaka?
Answer: There are currently no outlets of shopwinx apart from Dhaka. However, due to public demand, we are working on establishing outlets over Chittagong in near future. Although, we deliver products anywhere in Bangladesh through our effective delivery team

15) Question: Can I suggest deals that I am interested in?
Answer: Yes. You can mail us your suggestions at info@shopwinx.com.

16) Question: Can I buy a product/offer as a gift for someone else?
Answer: Yes. You can purchase any product/offer to gift someone. All you need to do is order online, make the transaction, provide the address where you want the gift to be delivered (click on Buy for a Friend on the checkout page); our delivery team will deliver your order on that given address on your behalf.

Answer: YES. You can use bKash/ DBBL mobile banking for your payment or pay Cash on Delivery in case you don’t have a debit or credit card.
